ONE DRINK WON’T HURT

Gone are the days of hard-core, all-out party nights. Subdued is the word these days. Drinking to be drunk…ah, darling…that’s done and over with. Not to mention, it’s really not a joy of a sight to see; moreover to experience. So if you’re up for a "chilled" night, let us to take you around the metro to drink some wine, peaceful conversation, and a bit of much-to-your-liking music.

Have a glass of SHIRAZ,on Perea Ave in Makati, is not just a bar. No way. It’s a really nice bar. The architecture is commendable…high ceiling, comfy leather couches, and oh, the bathroom’s really posh, too. Halogen lights lead the way to the slide glass doors of the powder rooms decorated with artsy photographs by the hall. The wine cellar is by the corner, a tiny little room, that stores the bar’s magic potion…what else, but shiraz.

A short staircase lead to the elevated portion of the bar. To the left is the main bar where all the much sought-after cocktails are concocted…from cosmos to aqua and green thingy drinks that are truly surprising because no matter how "cute" looking they are, they fool the senses…injecting doses of alcohol into the system.

The homey feel matches the art deco ambience the place provides…very sophisticated, indeed. If the Sex And The City girls were here, Shiraz would definitely be their bar of choice!
