Training for DOT staff, tour guides

MANILA, Philippines - The Department of Tourism, in partnership with the Academy for Professional Excellence, recently conducted a series of training seminars on personality development and communication skills. The first of the series was held in the DOT office in Manila (top), followed by a training enhancement program for the tour guides of Bulusan, Sorsogon (above) at the scenic Balay Buhay sa Uma Bee Farm. The most recent training was conducted in Dipolog City. The training seminars were aimed at upgrading the professional skills of DOT staffers and local tour guides.
