“Most of the demand is for two or three bedrooms because of the space. People like to book these larger rooms to get together with their families, especially on the weekends. And there’s a great many things to see in the vicinity,” Wee says.

There’s the ever-popular Shangri-La Mall, SM Megamall, Robinsons Galleria and The Podium, financial institutions such as the Asian Development Bank and Philippine Stock Exchange, dining areas such as El Pueblo and Metrowalk, and recreational centers such as Wack Wack Golf and Country Club and City Golf, just a few minutes away.

Having a mix of corporate and leisure guests is exactly the kind of thing you would expect for The Linden Suites given its location.
