PAL signs up for travel madness

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines -  Philippine Airlines (PAL) country manager Salvador Britanico (left) and ancillary sales head Ana Leah Rodriguez (right) sign a contract with Travel Innovators Inc. (TII) president Raymond Michael Tee for the national flag carrier’s participation in Travel Madness Expo 2014 slated at the SMX Convention Center Metro Manila on July 4-6. The Travel Madness is known for being the ‘craziest and most innovative sale’ ever to hit the Philippine market with rock-bottom prices, fun-filled raffle draws and exhilarating surprises, with the so-called ‘Extreme Madness Hour’ featuring unheard-of travel deals popping out on certain times within the hour. The expo is widely credited for turning tourism into a brisk all-year-round activity by making onsite advance booking a regular practice to cover the slack during the lean months. Now on its third year, this annual expo has generated an incredible volume of tourism business during its two outings in as many years, setting record highs seen to be surpassed only by the same event in July. For other information on the event, contact TII at 02 311-7500, 02 810-4520 or 02 313-7276, or e-mail at travelmadnessexpo@gmail.com. Looking on as witnesses to the contract signing are PAL assistant vice president for passenger sales Antonio Herrera and TII vice president Ma. Paz Alberto.
