MANILA, Philippines - As the weather heats up this month, Richmonde Café’s Executive Chef Jessie Factor and her team will be serving a refreshing set meal perfect to welcome the fun-filled and exciting summer season.

This charming pre-summer fare begins with a choice between two scrumptious appetizers — Crispy Duck Salad with Hoisin Vinaigrette Dressing and the Chef’s Fresh Soup Creation of the Day.

Savor succulent flavors from main dish selections of either Slow-Grilled Filet Mignon with Espresso Sauce or Fisherman’s Papillote. Top these with a luscious serving of Coconut Sampler.

And to complement each dish of this exquisite meal, a glass of Candidato Chardonnay and Viura, La Mancha Spain or Candidato Joven Tinto, La Mancha Spain is served with the Chef’s Exclusives.

This Chef’s Exclusives offer is available at the Richmonde Café any time of the day this March, Mondays to Sundays, for only P895 nett.
