Waterfront Pavilion Hotel and Casino Manila concocted a special Valentine’s Day menu for Feb. 13, 14 and 15 — absolutely true to the saying that a way to someone’s heart is through the stomach.
The Valentine’s Day menu at Boulvar Sports and Music Bar opens with a bouche of chicken and vegetable terrine with mango sauce and mesclun salad that goes with Spiced Lobster Bisque.
