The Exchange holds its own Oktoberfest

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Bonding fun with buds over ice-cold brew should not start and end in October. At Richmonde Hotel Ortigas, the festive spirit of the famous beer celebration continues at The Exchange until Nov. 15 with its very own Oktoberfest.

Serving up an array of exciting offerings inspired by this long-running Munich tradition, Oktoberfest at The Exchange sets the party mood with the lip-smacking and succulent Beer and Sausage Platter Set which incorporates all the well-loved eats and drinks of this fête.

There is a hefty serving of three types of German delicatessen — Dampfwurst, made from beef and pork; Weisswurst or Bavarian white sausage made of mildly spiced veal; and Bratwurst, a finely chopped and flavorful meat sausage.

These are complemented by a side serving of Sauerkraut or “sour cabbage,” and freshly baked malt rolls. Then, get to wash all these savory meat and breads down with two bottles of San Miguel Beer Pale Pilsen or Light.

Enjoy this solo or share with a friend for just P590 nett. And if you need more beer buzz, for every order of the Beer and Sausage Platter Set, get your next beer orders at an irresistible buy-one, take-one deal for just P140 nett.

Oktoberfest until Nov. 15, Mondays to Saturdays, from 4 p.m. onwards. For inquiries or reservations, call 638-7777 extension 3408.
