Estregan heads Miss World 2013 board of judges

MANILA, Philippines - Laguna Gov. Jeorge ‘E.R.’ Estregan served as the chairman of the board of judges during the coronation night of the Miss World Philippines 2013 last Aug. 18 at Solaire Resort. Actress Megan Young bested 25 other candidates for the crown. Young also won as Miss World Laguna 2013 during a pre-pageant hosted by Ejercito, one of the pageant’s major sponsors.
