Raising the game at Networld Hotel & Casino
MANILA, Philippines - The length of Roxas Boulevard has come to be associated with numerous hotel, dining and entertainment venues through the years. It’s still growing, evolving to suit changing tastes and needs. Making sure you have that memorable experience is Networld Hotel and Casino.
Located right at the corner of Roxas Boulevard and Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Networld Hotel and Casino proves to be a surprise to most who have yet to enter its doors. The casino operation is a given, and some may even remember the hotel for its spa services. However, Networld offers so much more, especially in today’s modern gaming and dining market.
A boutique hotel with 89 well-appointed rooms, Networld takes pride in its gaming component made up of arcades with well over 230 machines. What’s more, the hotel has a spa and two restaurants that cater to all guests. Raising the stakes, Networld offers the biggest minimum jackpot in the Philippine gaming industry.
“We are the first in the Philippines to have jackpots that start at P400,000 onwards with the Dragon Superior machine,†says Noli Agudera, VP for gaming operations. The Networld arcade at the second floor has been hosting high rollers and VIPs for years. And this month, the arcade gets an extension at the basement level, adding more machines and even more chances to win its grand jackpot prize of P3 million.
The Japanese-owned Networld incorporates the successful philosophies and methods of its owners. “We run our business the way the Japanese run their business. We have the “oshibori†(hot towel); we are the only ones who have that,†Agudera avers. “When our guests come in, we offer that to them or while they are playing. If our players want to have a massage while playing, our therapists can come to them. The same goes for manicure or pedicure.â€
That level of customer service, Agudera explains, is unmatched in any hotel in town. As the only hotel property that owns its own arcade, Networld also has two world-class restaurants and a spa to be proud of.
The SM Kenko Spa is an authentic Japanese health spa for individuals and families. Located at the executive lounge, guests can have a relaxing session served with refreshing health drinks and food while watching the Manila Bay sunset.
The Le Amoretto Café and Bar has Spanish influences, offering a multitude of beverage, pizza, pasta and pastry options. Highly recommended is the Seafood Pizza, one of the best you will ever have, loaded with a thick layer of cheese and generous serving of shrimp. What’s more, Le Amoretto is open 24 hours, serving players, guests and walk-ins throughout the day and night.
Another dining option is the Kaishu Japanese Restaurant. With an authentic Japanese chef, Kaishu offers cuisine for the more distinguished palate. This fine dining restaurant has 16 tatami rooms for small or large groups of people, and is open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. to midnight.
The new basement arcade extension opens Networld up to a bigger player base with its huge jackpot draw. It’s nothing but appropriate for a hotel and casino that Agudera considers as one of the more progressive in the industry. “We are one of the progressive arcades in the Philippines. I’m really proud of that,†he adds. “When we started five years ago, we were No. 17 among 25 arcades in the country. As of last year, we are on the fifth and sixth places, marking positive growth yearly.â€
How is Networld accomplishing this when other arcades are going down? The simple answer is great customer service. Agudera explains: “We visit our players wherever they are; we are always there. We maintain rapport, a relationship, with them.â€
Networld Hotel and Casino introduced its new shuttle service that covers the whole of Metro Manila, including as far as Bulacan. Agudera says, “We can pick up players from these areas.â€
Networld Hotel and Casino is a place where guests can play, relax and dine to their heart’s content in a safe, secure and comfortable setting. With its standout customer service, everyone is given assurance of a delightful time, whether for accommodation, casino, spa or just a weekend night-out eating and drinking with friends and family. When it comes to having fun, it’s time you raise your game.
