VISA joins ‘King and I’ success as presenter
MANILA, Philippines - The voyage to majestic Siam continues as the triumphant all-Filipino run of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s “The King and I†is extended until May at the Newport Performing Arts Theater at Resorts World Manila (RWM).
Leading global credit card brand VISA recently became the celebrated theater production’s presenter, as signing ceremonies were held in the integrated lifestyle hub between RWM president Kingson Sian and chief corporate planning officer Patricia May Siy, and VISA Worldwide Philippines and Guam country manager Iain Jamieson and VISA head for country marketing Agnes Padilla.
Headlined by its new lead cast for 2013, Nonie Buencamino and Menchu Lauchengco-Yulo, The King and I continues to reap marvelous reception and clamor among fans after winning the Best Musical Production for 2012 in the 25th ALIW Awards.
