The response from our clients is excellent,” he adds. “We expect that success to continue because of the niche serviced apartment market we have chosen.”

All of One Pacific Place’s 144 serviced apartments offer complete facilities and amenities expected from many high-end hotels — and a bit more. Each room is outfitted with kitchen or kitchenette facilities, allowing guests to prepare their food and maintain their lifestyle as if they were at home. Cole further explains, “A lot of people prefer serviced apartments because they have kitchens (or kitchenettes) and they don’t have to run down to the restaurant for their morning coffee. It’s a home away from home — they simply feel more ‘at home.’” He continues: “Generally, the serviced apartment properties are smaller in overall size so they are more personalized; the guests get to know the employees, the employees get to know the guests. It’s not your typical large 300- to 400-room hotel, and the majority of the comfort is in room amenities. We have expanded room facilities as opposed to bigger hotels that focus more on luxurious ballrooms and public areas. We focus more on the rooms, therefore giving the best value for our guests.”

Aside from serviced apartments, there are four function rooms perfect for business conferences, big or small meetings, training programs, and seminars which can hold anywhere from a classroom-sized 30 people to full-on events.
