Indulge in succulent and tenderly cooked Lechon Macau at the carving area, including a wide range of hot items like Sweet and Sour Pork, Steamed Fish with Tofu in Black Bean Sauce, Drunken Shrimp, Salt and Pepper Squid, and Yang Chow Fried Rice.
