Microtel south Forbes contract signing

MANILA, Philippines - Microtel Development Corp. and Cathay Land Inc. recently signed a joint venture agreement for the development of a 60-room Microtel Hotel in South Forbes City in booming Metro Sta. Rosa, Laguna. Microtel South Forbes will be the 12th Microtel property in the country and the first international hotel chain in the area.
