Marriott Manila opens Garden View

-

MANILA, Philippines - Masterfully planned and carefully carved out of an urbanite’s active lifestyle, Marriott Manila is unveiling another beautiful event space where memories can come to last.

A relatively new property, Marriott Manila is emerging as one of the most dynamic places in the city. Amid the competition, it has gained a reputation as a thriving deluxe hotel home to the most discerning business travelers.

Located at the heart of the pulsating Newport City, Marriott Manila has also become a popular event venue since it opened.

“The addition of new function space is an evident demand from growing clients who only want the best in facilities and first-class service. Aside from an elegantly designed function space concept, Marriott Manila consistently delivers the highest standards in organizing successful events, specifically tailored toward the requirements of discerning business and conference travelers,” says Marriott Manila general manager Richard Saul.

Offering a variety of banquet and conference facilities, the Garden View is the latest addition featuring three function rooms that can accommodate both social and corporate events.

Boasting a total of 404.71 square meters, the Garden Rooms can be divided into three function rooms, offering flexible options whatever is the set-up requirement.

A brainchild of Casas+Architects known for conceptualizing prestigious projects both in the country and abroad, the Garden View is cozy, elegant and serves as a functional space.

Facing the Villamor Golf Course dotted with lush greens, it is surely a tranquil spot to perk up an event. Architect Mel Reyes says, “The attractiveness of the Villamor Golf Course greenery seen through the wide windows serves as a perfect background and became the ultimate inspiration to create a serene interior for the space.”

To create a fresh and natural garden feel, the new function room is furnished with color-changing coffered ceilings adorned with handcrafted chandeliers. Embellished with intricate clusters of leaf-shaped crystals and metal leaves, the chandeliers elegantly mimic the natural branches and leaves of trees.

The high-quality Axminster carpet illustrates the rusty earth soil color tinted with red and serves as accent to its natural earth tones. As one walks down the hallway, beautiful anigre veneered panels match with the rich and plush carpets, smaller scaled chandeliers, and oversized circular wall lights which all send a greeting of understated luxury.

Marriott Manila director of marketing Cristy Carreon says, “Thirty percent increase in the wedding business is expected by the end of the quarter, side by side with a huge demand for convention venues during this period.”

Starting at P1,850 net per head, event planners can choose from Marriott Manila’s imaginative theme breaks for breakfast to snack menu options. Innovative and freshly prepared daily, this offering allows guests to customize menu options from breakfast to dinner, with other specially crafted options for snacks and desserts, plus wines and cocktails.

With choices dubbed as Season, Delight, Essence, Flavor, and Enjoy, each break offers a special touch of style to banquet dining that gives an added experience to all delegates. Seamless meetings and celebrations are also guaranteed with Marriott Manila’s cutting-edge audio-visual equipment.

The Garden Rooms are located at the ground level of Marriott Hotel Manila. For reservations or inquiries, call (632) 988-9999.
