Century Park Hotel holds Bicol food fest

-

MANILA, Philippines - The Kulinarya Food Festival was launched by the Department of Tourism (DOT) to create awareness of Filipino food and attract tourists, too.

Century Park Hotel, in its support to the DOT to promote the different regional destinations of the Philippines through the diverse regional cuisines, brings to the Café in the Park, the sweet and chili hot savory tour of the various provinces of the Bicol region.

Patrons and guests who may not have the time to travel to Bicol can now enjoy its rich spicy dishes as Chef Rudy de la Passion presents authentic Bicolandia dishes like pinangat, laing and the most talked-about Bicol Express.

Until July 15, indulge your appetite for those hot peppers, coconut cream, native vegetables and ube at the regular buffet price of P1,215 net for adults; kids aged six to 12 get half the price, and kids aged five and below eat for free.

A complimentary drink coupon at the Top of the Century will be given to patrons.

Longganisa Bicolandia is available at the Deli-Snack at P126 per 250-gram pack. A sumptuous plate of this spicy native pork sausage pica-pica awaits patrons of Atrium Lounge and Top of the Century at a special promotional price.

For inquiries or reservations, call (632) 528-5827 or (632) 528-5829 or e-mail at foodbev@centurypark.com.ph.

The Café in the Park is located at the Century Park Hotel, 599 P. Ocampo St., Malate, Manila. Open daily from 5:30 a.m. to 1 a.m., it offers extensive a la carte menu and daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets.
