Airphil spreads love with chocolates

-

MANILA, Philippines - In celebration of Valentine’s Day, Airphil Express, the country’s fastest growing budget airline, gave free chocolates to all its passengers flying out from Manila, much to their delight.

Travelers who checked in at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 received specially made twin-heart chocolate lollipops.

Giving out chocolate is an age-old tradition during this red-letter day and Airphil Express did not miss this opportunity to express its gratitude and celebrate the gift of love by giving to loyal patrons.

Among those who received the sweet treats were couple Rodolfo and Remy Laluma who were on their way back to Iloilo after vacationing in Manila.

“It’s a nice surprise. This is the first time that we received sweets from an airline. It’s really touching,” says Remy.

Another passenger, Margot Vasdal, concurs. The Norwegian, off to visit the powdery white sands of Boracay, is delighted with the sweet indulgence. “It shows how much the airline cares for the passengers, especially those who are traveling on Valentine’s Day,” she says.

Valentine’s Day is a day of warm feelings and Airphil Express’ gesture sends wonderful thoughts to all its passengers.

The Valentine’s Day treat sweetens the airline’s various perks, which include Web Check-in and Travel Insurance, Seat Selector and Pre-Paid baggage.

In addition to its value travel services, Airphil Express is also the only budget airline that allows passengers a 15-kilo free baggage allowance plus seven-kilo hand-carry.
