Island Cove opens Bayside Live Music and KTV

-

MANILA, Philippines –  The soft opening of Island Cove Hotel and Leisure Park’s much awaited entertainment center was held last Dec. 11.

True to its mission of always having something new to offer its guests, the Bayside Live Music and KTV was patterned after the hippest bars in Metro Manila.

As an added attraction, guests of the entertainment center can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Manila skyline while being entertained by sought-after performers. Every night, a different band is featured.

Its KTV area has nine private rooms, each of which has up-to-date equipment that plays more than 3,000 songs in English, Korean, Chinese, Japanese and Filipino.

As a bonus, guests can enjoy flavorful international dishes and an assortment of alcoholic and non-alcoholic concoctions. Some of the dishes in the menu are Moroccan beef kebabs, mushroom bruschetta, paella-stuffed calamari, and kilawin tanigue.

“We are very excited about this venture,” said Gilbert Remulla, Island Cove’s managing director. “It has been a while since Cavite had a night hub as exciting as Bayside.”

Remulla said Island Cove expects to attract not only locals but also people from Metro Manila once the Coastal Road Extension or R1 Extension is completed.

At present, travel time to Island Cove from Manila is approximately 45 minutes. The R1 Extension is expected to cut travel time to 20 minutes.

Island Cove Hotel and Leisure Park is ISO 9001:2000 certified and accredited by the Department of Tourism as a “triple A” resort. This Mediterranean-inspired 36-hectare island is located in the historic town of Kawit in Cavite.
