Shooting Batanes
MANILA, Philippines - “Beautiful Batanes Isles” photo exhibit features 20 photographs and 10 essays by Yvette Barez, Therese Borromeo, Donna Enteria , Ronald Gil, Jocelyn Go, Nanci Labares, Joyce Rodriguez, William Rodriguez, William Tan and mentor Mandy Navasero.
The opening will be graced by DepEd Usec Fe Hidalgo, Seair president Avelino Zapanta, Dr. Joven Cuanang, Leni Cabili, Marissa Oca, and John Melvin.
Judges for the three best pictures and Batanes Travel Picture of the Year are Jeanne Young, Ronald Jayme, and artist-photographer Ross Capili.
Proceeds of the exhibit will help build the GASFI Community Library in the neighborhood of Honesty Café in Batanes.
The exhibit runs from June 25-27 at the Gallery, second level, Greenbelt 5, Makati City.
