MANILA, Philippines - The Panagbenga, also known as the Baguio Flower Festival, is a month-long celebration that pays homage to the history, traditions and values of Baguio and the Cordilleras. The city’s hilly roads will also be transformed into bazaar strips showcasing an array of indigenous handicrafts and other authentic native products. There will be singing and dancing, tables will teem with lip-smacking cuisine, and pockets of laughter will once again waft through the city’s nippy air.
