Marco Polo Davao has new F&B manager
MANILA, Philippines - Marco Polo Davao has a new food and beverage (F&B) manager, who brings with him 20 years of experience in his field.
F&B manager Bernard Bulaong assumed his post last Nov. 24 after his various stints in deluxe restaurants, resorts, and hotels.
Bulaong served as F&B manager in Diamond Hotel and held key positions in Edsa Shangri-La Hotel and El Nido Resort.
Recognizing Bulaong’s high potential as a department head, Marco Polo Davao general manager Nigel Fisher said, “Bernard’s qualifications sit well with the Marco Polo standard, so we shall certainly put his talents and expertise to good use.
