‘Road Trip’ explores the Great North

-
Summer may be over but things are still heating up on "Road Trip," the travel show of wacky Quizon brothers Eric and Epy, aired every Sunday, 4:30 to 5 p.m., over RPN 9.

Today’s episode features "Camp North 1, Explore 2003: The North Philippines’ Summer Quest," the hottest and arguably, the most unique escapade of the summer.

Camp North 1 is literally a road trip participated in by dozens of tourists and their families. Over 50 cars comprised the Camp North caravan that started in Clark, Pampanga and headed to various scenic spots in Northern Luzon.

Special "Road Trip" co-host Isa Litton, a ramp and commercial model, lets viewers in on all the exciting details and interesting sidelights of "Camp North 1, Explore 2003."

Definitely a real trouper, Isa goes beyond the call of co-host duty as she would do anything to give "Road Trip" fans a taste of the action. She charms even the most reluctant of interviewees. She reports on the proceedings from a moving motorcycle. She delivers her spiels under the heat of the scorching sun.

From the malls of Tarlac, to the beaches of La Union, to the Church of Manaoag, Isa remains a tireless gal, full of energy.

"I never thought I’d be having this much fun," Isa says with enthusiasm. "I’m seeing sights I wouldn’t normally see. The Philippines, indeed, has a lot to offer. It’s a vacation of a lifetime!"

And where were Eric and Epy in the midst of all the action? Tune in to "Road Trip" today to find out.

"Road Trip" is produced by Kaizz Ventures Inc. in cooperation with the Department of Tourism and in partnership with Smart Addict, Nokia Philippines, Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office and philstar.com. "Road Trip" is on the Web too. Log on to www.roadtrip.com.ph.
