MANILA, Philippines - Twitter libel isn’t the only thing outlawed by the Cybercrime Prevention Act, or Republic Act No. 10175. The bill also contains provisions against hacking, e-mail spam, spreading viruses, and having cybersex.

Supreme went through the bill’s chapters on crimes and penalties, and translated it from legalese to plain English. Before you take a stand on the Cybercrime Prevention Act, use the following chart to create an informed opinion on the issue.
