Metro goes to the future

MANILA, Philippines - Early this month, Metro magazine, the premier fashion magazine from ABS CBN Publishing, effectively became the first Philippine magazine available on the iPad when it launched its iPad edition.

The Metro iPad edition is loaded with special features like behind-the-scenes photos and videos, celebrity interviews and testimonials – that are, of course, not available in the magazine version.  It takes advantage of the iPad’s ease of use and excellent screen resolution to enhance the reader’s Metro experience. To get a copy of Metro on the iPad, just log on to iTunes, go to the App Store and search for Metro Magazine.

Currently a free download, the Metro iPad edition features this month’s Celebrity issue, which highlights 19 of today’s biggest stars. Gracing the cover are some of the country’s top actresses — Kim Chiu, Kristine Hermosa, Angelica Panganiban and Bea Alonzo, to name a few. On the inside pages are some of the most in-demand leading men in showbiz today.
