Robby Carmona, director of the fashion show, described the whole concept as a showcase of the different characteristics of the bag.  With the same sense of functional style, these new fashion statements from Havaianas exhibit the basic features that define the chic brand. 

Super stylish fashion designer Hindy Tantoco gave her thumbs up on the Havaianas bags.  “Everybody loves bags and everybody needs bags.  Havaianas bags are easy to mix and match,” said Hindy.  Self-confessed Havanatics Pia Magalona, who owns at least 150 pairs of Havaianas flip-flops, raved about how her favorite brand has evolved.  

The different bag styles are subtly ingrained with distinct Havaianas elements like how the rice pattern on the soles of the flip-flops and the Greek pattern on the straps of the flip-flops are integrated into the different bag styles. Havaianas also reinforced the bag’s durability by integrating familiar rubber elements that provide sturdy yet stylish bases, straps and locks. The round rubber buttons used to keep the flip-flops’ soles and straps together can also be found detailing the bags, locking-in the Havaianas DNA.
