I resolve... to save our rainforests by walking: Can't run a marathon? Join a walkathon today
Move your butt for Walk the Green Mile (March 21), a walkathon to benefit the Philippine rainforests.
Put on some Ipanema flip-flops or make Gisele Bundchen your inspiration if you have to. Just move your feet this way to environmental sustainability. With the partnership of eco-organization Haribon Foundation and ELRO Corporation, which exclusively distributes Ipanema, you can take a green stride for rainforests in a walkathon called Walk the Green Mile, a benefit coinciding with the launch of the Ipanema Seeds Collection, designed by 8th world wonder/fashion icon Gisele Bundchen.
Slated for today, 5 p.m. at the Fort (in front of Le Soufflé Restaurant) Bonifacio Global City,Taguig. Show your support and join in this effort for a greener, cleaner world.
You too can play an active role in this campaign. For every purchase of the Ipanema sandals from the Gisele Bündchen Seeds Collection, a donation will be made to the Haribon Foundation, which aims to conserve and protect the Philippine rainforests by increasing the number of seeds planted each year.
Be one with fellow environmentalists and take a green stride. Share in the movement towards a more lush Philippines with Ipanema and Haribon Foundation’s Walk the Green Mile walkathon on today. Free registration opens at 3 p.m. at the Fort (in front of Le Soufflé Restaurant) Bonifacio Global City, while the walkathon starts at 5p.m.
