Go for the Gold's this Christmas

Ho! Ho! Ho!

It’s great to emulate Santa for his generosity, but not for his belly.   So while we’re at it, diggin’ deep into our noche buena consciousness, let’s not add a few notches to our belts. And if we already did, let’s not forget the other “G” word this season. God, goodness, and Gold’s Gym.

Flex those pecs as you chomp down on a plate of lechon. Remember, balance is the key to a beautiful life. Indulge, and let go of the guilt. But work out afterwards. Hey, even the guys at Gold’s took the time out to sing their guts out and dance the night way just a few nights ago at Warehouse 135. It was a gathering of pumped-out sexies in pimped-out whities.

Bianca Valerio, Luke Jickain, and Troy Montero took turns in hosting the night, with a bevy of Gold’s members only performers Rico Blanco, Migs Escueta, and Christian Bautista. And while we’re at it, a big shout out to Gold’s Glorietta, to Jopet Manzano, Gee Plamenco, Luisa Beltran, and Miguel dela Torre — you guys put the fun in the fitness.
