Tiny Kitchen offers summer classes for kids and teens

MANILA, Philippines - The Tiny Kitchen owned by Vicky Veloso-Barrera will offer summer courses for kids and teens aged four to 19. The classes will be held from March to June for local students and from June to September for balikbayans and international school students. 

Regular five-session courses include Tiny Kitchen 1 for four- to six-year-olds (P7,000 for new students, P6,750 for old), the basic for seven- to 12-year-olds and teens for 13- to 19-year-olds at P7,750 for new students, P7,250 for old. Classes during the summer are held from Monday to Saturday, with morning (9 a.m to  11 a.m.) and afternoon (2 p.m. to 4 p.m.) sessions. There is a five percent  discount for those who enroll in groups of three and another five percent discount for those who enroll and pay before Feb. 28.  Those who have completed both the Basic and Advanced courses can move on to Around the World Part 18 and 19. Other courses include Pinoy Favorites, American Classics, Flavors of Asia, Taste of Europe, Party Food, Cake Decorating, Just Desserts part 1 and 2, Nothing but Chocolate, Dessert Workshop and more. New courses include Pinoy North to South, Patisserie and Small Desserts, Exotic Middle East and Latin America.

There are also one-day cooking and baking workshops on cupcakes, cookies, pasta or a combination. One day workshops are P1,600 per session.
