‘Ciao, Italia’ in June at Crimson Hotel

MANILA, Philippines - To commemorate Italy’s National Day on June 2, Crimson Hotel Filinvest City, Manila is organizing a month-long food festival called “Ciao, Italia,†in its all-day dining restaurant, Café Eight. For the whole month of June, Crimson executive chef Alessio Loddo will highlight authentic gourmet specialties from his native Southern Italy through a diverse spread of Italian dishes, wine and decadent desserts.
