Cantonese food fest at Manila Pavilion Hotel
MANILA, Philippines - The Manila Pavilion Hotel offers festival of authentic Cantonese Cuisine in February for buffet lunch and dinner at the Seasons. Today, starting at 5 p.m. the traditional Lion and Dragon Dance performance, Coin Shower and not to mention, the gastronomic surprises of the Cantonese Food Fest will be held. Some of the dishes include salmon and tuna yu sheng, jelly fish salad, marinated cold chicken in Chinese wine, octopus, cucumber, tomato and plum, lotus root with pork ribs red dates; while hot dishes include deep-fried king prawn with salted pepper, among many others. Seasons Cantonese Food Fest, inclusive of sodas and juices is priced at P2,013 per person for buffet lunch and dinner.
