MANILA, Philippines - This July, Men’s Health and Women’s Health team up for this year’s 2011 Nutrition Awards as they share with readers 80 of the best grocery finds that have significant health and wellness benefits, specific to the needs of each gender. Using the grocery finds in their respective lists, the health magazines also share recipes for healthy and delicious meals that can take you from sun up to sun down. Marian Rivera returns on the cover of Women’s Health, while Rocco Nacino makes his debut on the cover of Men’s Health this month, available in newsstands, bookstores, and supermarkets nationwide.
