New Century Bangus: Piolo's healthy choice

MANILA, Philippines - The Century Canning Corporation recently launched the newest addition to its family of products — Century Bangus.

Century Bangus comes from bangus grown and farmed the Century way — in seawater cages housed in the pure waters of Southern Mindanao. Not only do these bring fuller and meatier bangus like no other, we can also be sure the product is unsoiled and has no muddy taste.

The harvested fish are brought immediately to Century’s world-class processing facilities where the fish is packed on the same day. Century’s processing facilities have been accredited by the EU and US FDA, after meeting the world’s strict product standards.

As we all know, our national fish is a good source of protein and calcium. But did you know that it is also rich in Omega-3 DHA which is good for the memory and for the heart.
