CWC annual tea party on June 17
MANILA, Philippines – The Catholic Women’s Club (CWC) will hold its 88th Annual Tea Party on June 17, 3 p.m. at the main ballroom of the Manila Polo Club. This year’s theme is “Women of Asia: Celebrating Timeless Tradition.” The tea party will feature a parade of Asian costumes, a cultural presentation from special guests and song renditions by Rachelle Gerodias. This year’s limited-edition plate by Jose Blanco will be launched. Members and guests are requested to come in Asian attire.
The annual tea party intends to raise funds for the CWC’s more than 90 beneficiaries and promises to be an enjoyable afternoon of fellowship and entertainment. Event chairperson is Sol Tan-Gatue, together with co-chairpersons Kim Lokin and Maritess Pineda.
