Kaskade Live at the Skydome
MANILA, Philippines – Kaskade, one of electronic music’s most sought-after emissaries, will perform live at the newly opened Skydome at the SM City North EDSA Skygarden on Friday, June 12 at 9 p.m.
Given his golden touch for writing, producing, and DJ’ing, Kaskade’s hit songs like It’s You, It’s Me, Gonna Make It, What I Say, as well as Billboard smash hits like Steppin Out and Everything have catapulted him to be one of the hottest names in music today.
After releasing two critically acclaimed albums “It’s You, It’s Me,” and “In the Moment” along with two highly sought after DJ mixed CD compilations “Sounds of Om” and “San Francisco Sessions” (all on Om Records), the future has never been brighter for Kaskade, better known to the rest of the world as Ryan Raddon. He has been touring non-stop, probably playing close to 120 shows a year. He has played Japan, Australia, South Africa, UK, Spain and all shows have been amazing.
Not showing any signs of stopping, Kaskade returns with a brand-new DJ-mixed album in the House of Om series. Fans of Kaskade’s production and DJ skills can expect to find “up front club music with strong melodies and interesting textures,” he says.
Kaskade has come a long way from the Chicago suburbs where he grew up. Steppin’ Out, the breakout track from his second album In the Moment went all the way into the Top 5 in Billboard’s commercial dance radio chart, single sales and club play. Budweiser has used his music for their international advertising campaign, and iTunes and Entertainment Weekly voted it in their Top Ten Singles of the Year. For the second single Everything, Kaskade gave it his Big Room Remix Treatment and went all the way in the Billboard Club Play. This popular mix is featured on his new mix CD House of Om.
