One run can make a difference

-

MANILA, Philippines - Running is one effective way to keep fit. But did you know that it is also fast becoming a way to raise funds for charity? This March, Men’s Health magazine brings back a one-of-a-kind race where everyone is a winner.

Now in its second year, the Men’s Health Miracle Run is open to men and women of all ages.

Be one of more than 1,000 runners to run a 10-kilometer course today at the UP Diliman campus. For every race finisher, Men’s Health will donate P200 to the Tahanang Walang Hagdanan’s “Gulong sa Pagsulong” Mobility Aid assistance program, which provides wheelchairs to people with disabilities. Participants may choose to run the 10-km course individually, or run 5km. each as a pair.

For details, call Paula Guevarra at 451-8888 local 1070 and 1071, or grab a copy of the March issue of Men’s Health magazine featuring Lance Armstrong and JC Tiuseco on back-to-back covers.

The Men’s Health Miracle Run is sponsored by Rogin-E and Frenzy. Men’s Health is available in newsstands, bookstores, and supermarkets nationwide.
