What’s your favorite time of day?

Every minute of the day is precious for me. When I wake up I thank the Lord for the new day he has given me. Each day is a chance to do something worthwhile not only for myself but for others too. I cherish every minute that I am alive.
ARA MINA, actress: Late in the afternoon. Kasi hindi na mainit and I love merienda time. Kapag malapit nang matapos ang araw, it’s a sign na ‘yan na matatapos na ang shooting.
TETTA ORTIZ MATERA, restaurateur: My favorite time is evening from 8:30 p.m. after Giorgio, the kids and I have finished dinner and we are all in bed horsing around or watching TV. The kids normally fall asleep on our bed. By 10 p.m. when everything is quiet I read the Bible for about 30 minutes. I make it a point to pray before I sleep.
LIEZL MARTINEZ, entrepreneur: Too bad I’m not much of a morning person like my husband Albert or I would’ve said sunrise. But nothing can beat the beautiful sunset in Boracay! When I get to see the sunset I sit still, stare in awe at the beauty and thank God for allowing me to see it again! It also makes me realize how lucky I am for all the blessings my family and I have received.
AGNES HUIBONHUA, socialite: My favorite time of day is morning because I know I have the whole day to finish my work!
JC BUENDIA, fashion designer: My favorite time of day is midnight until around 4 a.m. That’s when I curl up in bed and read or watch replays of American Idol. It’s the time when I think up new ideas and fine tune them in my sleep.
BERNIE CONCEPCION, businessman: Early in the morning. I have discovered Christ in a more personal way at this time and I start my journey with Him when I awake. It sets the tone for the rest of the day so that I can be in constant communion with Him. The end in view is to live my day following in His footsteps, no matter how difficult it may be.
FLORABEL CO, chef, Le Souffle: My favorite time of day is afternoon because I’m more productive and get a long of things done.
TIM YAP, eventologist: Past midnight when the action of the night takes over. And 3 a.m. till sunrise when I get a lot of inspiration and ideas before I go off to never never land.
PAT-P DAZA PLANAS, ABS-CBN, director for special projects: Coming home from work to be with my lovely two-year-old daughter Gabbie, and cuddling in bed with her until she falls asleep.
