As someone said in the movie Field of Dreams, "If you build it, they will come."
That certainly happened when some of Manila’s most beautiful people flocked to the opening of The Beautiful Club, home of the much-talked about, holistic weight management center, The ROEHR NutraClinic.
The ROEHR NutraClinic, according to group marketing director Joyce Antonio Ramirez, is "a state-of-the-art aesthetic center that specializes in making sure that beauty’s radiance pierces through the eyes of the beholder."
Besides The ROEHR NutraClinic, the 360-square-meter facility offers premium medical services by some of Manila’s leading medical experts. These services include dermatology and laser cosmetic surgery, total woman care, laparoscopic surgery, nutritional medicine, naturopathy and acupuncture.
The Beautiful Club is founded by Dr. Sam Uy, chairman of the BBI Medical Group, in partnership with The ROEHR Group of Companies, headed by its chairman Wolfgang Roehr. The ROEHR Group produced the hugely successful ROEHR MEGA Fashion Awards last year.
The cocktail opening also highlighted the introduction of the much-awaited carbohydrate buster, EXOCAL.
Guests of honor at the event included models Tweetie de Leon-Gonzales; Apples Aberin-Sadhwani; Patricia Cu-Unjieng; and Rissa Samson. BBI Medical Group COO Dr. Joselito Sinchioco and Parangal ng Bayan awardee for Outstanding Medical Practitioner Dr. Jonathan Dizon were kept busy by guests Dinah Dominguez; Robbie Carmona; Yoli Ayson; Celia Cuasay; Becky Garcia; Maritess Limtong; and Mylene Ong, among others.
A modest Wolfgang Roehr marvelled at the turn out of guests. "I’m a simple man from Germany who is here to educate the Filipino people, not to eat less but to eat right," he said.
The Beautiful Club is located at the third floor Saville Building, 8728 Paseo de Roxas cor. Jupiter St., Makati City. Free parking is at the back entrance facing Jupiter St.
