The baby and toddler boys collection is themed on preppy forest, a stylish twist on a smart vs. varsity look. Key trouser shapes are the cuffed canvas styles with jersey linings, turn-up washed denims and jersey sports styles with striped cuff detailing for a collegiate look.
For baby and toddler girls the varsity theme continues with preppy style stripes and letterman typography, mixed with pretty watercolor florals in hues of purple, coral and gray. Faux furs feature by way of coats, scarves, hooded balaclavas and ponchos, a first for Mothercare fashion.
The key newborn collections for the season are named Unisex Modern and Icy Lux. Modern features the perfect unisex palette of gray and white with fun neon highlights on poppers and stitching. The key graphic happy is displayed in a speech bubble with ditsy neon stars, giving the collection a stylish, modern feel. The collection comprises all of the essentials; sleep suits, bodysuits, dungarees as well as dribble bibs and a quilted star print blanket.With photo prints continuing to be popular this season, this collection would not be complete without the adorable polar bear and baby bear photo print sleep suit.
