Bleach Catastrophe: Stories to tell

-

Cristine Villamiel, Bleach Catastrophe creative director

MANILA, Philippines - A store window should... tell a story or evoke a feeling.

Our windows are inspired by... mostly old objects or materials, junk art, montages, expressionist illustrations and graphics.

Our best window so far is... our personal favorite. It’s our “Cluttered Window” and the collection was inspired by “cluttered-ness.”

Our most unique or well-received window was... our “Christmas Lola Window” in 2009. We had an image of a grandmother with all her Christmas wishes bandaged on her face in strips.

The dream window we have yet to do is... something that would make everyone stop and feel the message of our window the way one views a painting.
