Omega launches its latest gems
OMEGA aqua swing collection
MANILA, Philippines - The Aqua Swing Collection, first launched in 2010, features the iconic wave pattern with sensual, organic forms caught in the singular freshness of simplicity.
This allows a nearly-infinite variety of combinations with the other pieces of the same collection: rings of different widths in 18-carat yellow, red or white gold, or in 18-carat white gold set with diamonds perfectly conjoin with each other.
Complemented by pieces in high-tech but organic ceramic material, this collection reveals a brand new character: it is young, fun and stylish.
The line features matching earrings, pendants and bracelets, resulting in a timeless collection which elegantly communicates an attitude of alluring enchantment.
The Omega Jewelry Collection is available at Omega Boutique 6750 and Greenbelt 5.
OMEGA constellation 27 mm
One of the most striking watches in Omega's recently relaunched Constellation family features a 27mm case crafted from 18-carat red gold and stainless steel and a bracelet in matching metals.
Its polished 18-carat gold bezel is paved with 132 full-cut snow set diamonds with a combined weight of half a carat. The case back is vertically brushed and stamped with the Constellation Observatory medallion.
The stunning blue PVD dial with a supernova pattern emanating from the Constellation star at 6 o'clock has 12 single-cut diamond hour markers with a total weight of 0.12 carat. The polished 18-carat gold hour and minute hands are coated with white Super-LumiNova so the time can be read easily in all lighting conditions.
The red gold and stainless steel bracelet has brushed links and polished bars in the horizontal pattern long associated with Constellation wristwatches.
Powering the Constellation is the Omega quartz caliber 1376, highly regarded for its accuracy and its 32-month battery life. The watch is water resistant to a depth of 10 bar / 100 meters / 330 feet.
De Ville hour vision annual calendar
The De Ville Hour Vision Annual Calendar Limited Series comes in eight models, The steel models have silver or grey dials and a steel bracelet or black alligator leather strap. The red gold models are available with silver or brown dials and a red gold bracelet or brown alligator leather strap. Their meticulously-crafted movements are visible through four lateral openings made of sapphire crystal.
The timepieces are driven by the exclusive Omega Co-Axial calibre 8611, which evolved from Omega’s revolutionary, state-of-the-industry calibre 8500. The calibre 8611 has an added instantaneous jump annual calendar complication which recognizes months with 30 and 31 days, meaning that it has to be manually corrected only once a year, on the first of March. Its Co-Axial Escapement and free sprung balance deliver stable accuracy and reliability over time; the self-winding chronometers have a power reserve of 55 hours.
The De Ville Hour Vision Annual Calendar wristwatches are also equipped with another groundbreaking feature: they have silicon balance-springs for an unprecedented level of accuracy in a series production mechanical watch. Their presence is subtly announced by the “Si 14”, the chemical symbol and atomic number of silicon, engraved on a balance arm and the caseback.
