MANILA, Philippines - The Italian brand Inglesina began when founder Liviano Tomasi — a fan of go karts and racing — moved his focus from races to more domestic paces. Its added features include ergonomic grip handles, pivoting front wheels with a lock-unlock mechanism, a reversible seat with a 4-position backrest.
