Jimmy Choo opens Greenbelt 4 store

MANILA, Philippines - Jimmy Choo, the recipient of the 2008 Designer Brand of the Year award from the British Fashion Council, now has a store in the Philippines at Greenbelt 4, Ayala Center.

Extending over 1,100 square feet, this is the brand’s first store in Manila.

This unique space reflects the global design store concept evoking the architectural glamour of a 1940s boutique.

Tamara Mellon, Jimmy Choo president and founder, has created feminine, luxurious and intimate surroundings to showcase the shoe and bag collections: “I want it to feel as though you are walking into a lady’s dressing room, a woman’s boudoir.”

The Greenbelt 4 store coincides with a period of worldwide expansion for the brand; with recent store launches in such prime locations as Paris Rue Saint Honore, Rome Via Condotti, Barcelona, Cannes, Munich, Moscow and Tokyo as well as flagship stores in London, New York and Beverly Hills.
