‘Scaredy Dogs and Cats Year 10’ Dogs, cats and humans dress to thrill

MANILA, Philippines - “All our preparation was worth it,” said Tina Comia. Comia was greeted with loud cheers as she and her two Chow Chows Fatchoi and Fatchai dressed as Dorothy and The Cowardly Lion received their third straight human-animal ward at the 10th annual Halloween pet-human costume event held at Eastwood City recently. Tina came as the Scarecrow with a fourth member of her human-animal team dressed as the Tin Man.   

More than 400 kids and over 100 pets participated in the “10th Annual Scaredy Cats & Dogs” mounted by The Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) in cooperation with Eastwood City and Alpo Little Friends.
