British Chamber at the Nelson’s Gin School & Distillery launch

(As released) The British Chamber attended Nelson’s Gin School’s first gin class in the Philippines at the Port Bar of the Hilton Manila.

Attendees are taught the history and flavor profiles of gin, and get to craft their very own blend.

Guests get to take home a bottle of their creation, and enjoy single servings of two of their multiple-awarded Nelson’s craft gins over an English-style ploughman’s board for dinner.

Founded in 2014, Nelson’s Distillery and School is a Staffordshire-based gin and experience.

Nelson’s Distillery and Gin School formally launches on February 15. The UK’s lead Gin School instructor, David Hunter, will fly in to teach the special launch classes in Manila along with Neil Harrison on February 15 to 22, 6 p.m. – 10 p.m.
