Philstar Global launches new version of Philstar app

Readers can now get an improved Philstar experience on their smartphones for free.
MANILA, Philippines — Philstar Global Corp. on Wednesday launched a new version of the Philstar application on iOS and Android, making it easier for readers to access the most recent and relevant reports.
The first of a series of major updates gave the app an entirely new look and feel as part of Philstar.com's design and technology overhaul.
The app carries original reporting, opinion pieces and other features from six publications: Philstar.com, The Philippine STAR, Pilipino Star Ngayon, The Freeman, Pang-Masa and Banat.
The app also lists popular stories and columns in real time and allows interaction with fellow readers in the comments section.
Readers can now get an improved Philstar experience on their smartphones for free.
The iOS app works best with iOS 9.0 and higher and is compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.
