Brace yourself for Louis Vuitton Island
SINGAPORE — If the thought of entering a Louis Vuitton store already makes your heart palpitate, think of what a Louis Vuitton Island can do to your sanity.
This year, brace yourself for the opening of the very first LV Island which will float on the waterfront of the Marina Bay Sands, a premier integrated entertainment destination opening second quarter of this year.
Louis Vuitton’s flagship store at Marina Bay Sands promises to be a visual feast, as the striking glass and steel Crystal Pavilion island sits on Marina Bay.
Marina Bay Sands expects to attract high-level visitors from Singapore and beyond through its winning combination of a 2,500-room luxury hotel, a rooftop Sands SkyPark, a museum, Las Vegas-style gaming, and innovative entertainment through theaters, an outdoor Event Plaza, and boat rides on an indoor canal.
As for shopping and dining, over 74,000 square meters of retail and restaurant space will offer a mix of about 300 international luxury brands, plus cutting-edge and emerging labels that are new to Singapore.
Like I said, brace yourself.
