Jewelmer unveils perl of the orient exhibit

OH YES IT'S JOHNNY! - Johnny Litton - The Philippine Star

JohnnyInternational luxury brand Jewelmer, led by group chairman Manuel Cojuangco, group president Jacques Branellec, and EVP and CEO Jacques Christophe Branellec, outdid itself once again with the unveiling of the “Pearl of the Orient” exhibit at The Mind Museum in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

The first of its kind, the said exhibit intricately depicted how man and Mother Nature exist in symbiotic harmony, as it explored the story of the country’s lands and seas through the journey of the national gem, the South Sea Pearl — a living treasure infused with Filipino culture and creativity.

Guests during the intimate launch were treated to unique discoveries as they toured the exhibit composed of interactive galleries such as an exquisite map of the Philippines rendered in mother-of-pearl, dioramas showing the cultivation of pearls, and exhibition-wide video footage of Philippine marine ecosystems.

In addition, guests viewed an exclusive screening of Jewelmer’s newest film, A Golden Reflection, which is a feature that shines a spotlight on how environmental changes impact the planet. Through the “Pearl of the Orient” exhibit, Jewelmer showcases the importance of conservation and the preservation of the environment and hopes that this meaningful project is an eye-opening experience that encourages the youth and the next generations to take action as they hold the key to Earth’s sustainable future.
