A year of beauty and wellnes
Asian Hospital and Medical Center’s (AHMC) Aesthetix Asian recently marked an important milestone as it celebrated its first anniversary. The event was graced with the presence of the indefatigable beautypreneur DMARK Beauty Corporation and DermAsia Corporation CEO Nikki Tang and managing director Charles Mandy, the AHMC chief medical officer Dr. Jose Acuin, Institutes, Centers and Ancillary Services director Dr. Corazon Ngelangel, and the hardworking Aesthetix Asian program director Dr. Loverna Suratos.
AHMC’s Aesthetic Gynecology section chief Dr. Rebecca Singson and Facial Plastic Surgery section chief Dr. Jaime Anthony Arzadon were also invited as guest speakers to conduct a lecture and demo workshop for the doctors and staff. Dr. Arzadon also gave an educational talk on periorbital rejuvenation: how it continues to see an increase in demand yearly, and how it became one of the key concerns for patients especially during the pandemic. He also showcased the practical application of the treatment as well as how to go about a holistic approach to treating the infraorbital area with Teosyal RHA4, a dynamic filler for soft volume enhancement in the mid-cheek and under-eye hollow with Redensity 2, which is the first and only product specifically designed to treat the tear trough.
