Celebrating Justice Puno

The posh Tower Ballroom of the The Bellevue Manila in Filinvest City, Alabang was the backdrop of the lovely 95th birthday celebration of former Department of Justice (DOJ) Secretary Ricardo Puno. Members of the Puno family, together with friends and many other well-wishers, joined in commemorating the illustrious lawyer’s life and legacy. Justice Puno was in the company of his devoted wife, Priscilla Villanueva Puno, and their loving children and grandchildren.

Alay Lakad Foundation, Inc. president Frank Evaristo celebrated his 76th birthday at Hai Shin Lou in Makati City. The birthday- cum-thanksgiving party was attended by the civic leader and businessman’s family, friends and colleagues from the social and political circles. Surrounded by all of his children and grandchildren together with his partner Vicky Montilla, Frank recognized his family as the reason he has survived the many trials of his colorful life. No less than former House Speaker Joe de Venecia raised a glass to the past president of Rotary Club of Manila, saying, “You can never put a good man down.”
