“Jonathan Adler is known for his classic and sophisticated craftsmanship,” noted Mark. “For the one-bedroom, we wanted it to be a place that parents would want to pass on to their children someday. Hence, we weaved furniture and accent pieces together that will make the modern theme stand the test of time.”

Mark explains that the model units have been a product of their close collaboration with Torre Lorenzo. Being a prudent developer, the real estate company has always taken a meticulous approach to their projects and has a good grasp of the market for each of their developments. “We usually decide together on the general themes and in putting major accent pieces. They always give good inputs on what homeowners would want and need,” he observed.
