Manulife opens regional office in Cebu
The Radisson Blu welcomed executive chef Roberto Kunitz to its culinary team for its all-day dining restaurant Feria.
Hailing from Germany with cooking deeply-rooted in his family tree, Kunitz follows a cooking philosophy that revolves around simplicity. He believes less is more, that spices should never overpower the natural flavors of the ingredients. This straightforward approach to cooking along with his natural talents, has brought him to countless places in the world acquiring 15 years of international experience. Undoubtedly, Kunitz will take Feria on an exciting new ride as he gives us a generous taste of his extensive international experience, his honest approach to cooking and his genuine love and passion for food.
Chef Kunitz together with executive sous chef Randy Origenes and sous chef Coke Semblante and Gary Reyes occasionally interact with diners offering food samples and taste recommendations.
Adding to the tempting Asian and Japanese cuisine are the Mediterranean and Indian interactive stations plus a wide variety of desserts with a ferris wheel display, a finger food tree and more decadent confections.
